Element Basalt - Aspen

All staff were friendly. But they seemed to honestly enjoy their jobs. Not a put on smile that some places you get. Acacia (not sure if spelling) at the front desk went the extra mile to make sure guests were happy and all questions answered.

Breakfast is excellent with many choices, hot and cold items and very pleasant area to dine in Bathroom is large and well supplied

Staff friendliness & overall vibe.

We liked everything about the property from the courtyard to the amenities and very clean guest laundry plus friendly staff. It is located in a great area within one to two blocks walking distance to great restaurants, amenities and even a Whole Foods. Just a few miles from Aspen but without the crowds. We would stay here every time we get the chance.
